InnerShift360 + ISBS Operations SOP

Periscal Weekly Social Prospecting & Content Execution SOP

This SOP gives Periscal one clear job: turn content into conversations, conversations into assessment traffic, and assessment traffic into booked calls.

1. Primary Mission

Periscal’s job is not to “post on social.” Her job is to help build visible, credible, revenue-facing conversations for InnerShift360, ISBS, Just Sayin’, and South Elm Capital.

Main weekly objective: Find business owners, engage them naturally, publish approved content, track responses, and move warm prospects toward the right assessment or booked call.

BBT Rule: Activity is cute. Conversations pay bills. Track the work that can turn into revenue.

2. Daily Checklist

  • Find and add 20 new prospects to the tracking sheet.
  • Engage with 10 LinkedIn or Facebook posts from target prospects using thoughtful comments.
  • Prepare or send 5 connection messages using approved scripts.
  • Post or schedule approved content for the assigned brand/platform.
  • Check comments and DMs. Draft replies for approval before responding in J.R.’s voice.
  • Update the tracker with comments, DMs, replies, follow-ups, and possible opportunities.

3. Weekly Priorities

  1. Priority 1: ISBS LinkedIn prospecting and Lead Leak Assessment traffic.
  2. Priority 2: InnerShift360 umbrella brand visibility and credibility.
  3. Priority 3: Just Sayin’ content that points to the Dating ID Quiz.
  4. Priority 4: South Elm family protection content and local visibility.
Start every day with ISBS prospecting. Do not let posting tasks crowd out outreach. Posting is the storefront. Prospecting is the sales floor.

7. Connection Message Scripts

General ISBS Connection

Hey [Name], I saw your work in [industry/location]. I help business owners find where leads, follow-up, and revenue are leaking through broken systems. Would be good to connect.

Realtor / Mortgage / Contractor

Hey [Name], I noticed your work around [city/industry]. I work with business owners on the systems side — follow-up, lead flow, missed opportunities, and automation that still feels human. Good to connect.

Howard / Shared Network

Hey [Name], looks like we have some shared circles. I’m building InnerShift360 and ISBS around human-centered systems, business clarity, and follow-up that does not leak money. Good to reconnect.

8. Comment Style Examples

Comments should sound human, sharp, and useful. No generic “Great post!” comments.

A lot of businesses do not have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem wearing a lead problem costume.
This is where systems matter. Talent gets people interested. Process keeps the opportunity from leaking out the back door.
That part. Most owners are not lazy. They are buried under manual work that should have been systemized months ago.
Good insight. The question is not just “How do we get more leads?” It is “What happens to the leads we already paid for?”

9. Posting Instructions

  1. Use only approved graphics, captions, links, and brand names.
  2. Check spelling of all brand names: InnerShift360, InnerShift Business Systems, ISBS, Just Sayin’, South Elm Capital.
  3. Use the correct link for the CTA. Do not guess or create new URLs.
  4. Make the first line strong enough to stop the scroll.
  5. Keep captions clean, direct, and conversational.
  6. After posting, copy the post link into the tracker.
  7. Check back within 24 hours for comments, reactions, and possible prospects.
Caption test: Would a busy owner stop and say, “Dang, that might be me”? If not, sharpen it.

10. Approved CTA Language

ISBS

Think your leads are leaking? Take the Lead Leak Assessment: https://innershift360.com/lead-leak-assessment/
Before you buy more leads, find out where the current ones are disappearing.

Just Sayin’

Before you call it love, check the pattern. Take the Dating ID Quiz: https://innershift360.com/dating-id-quiz/

InnerShift360

When the system is broken, the soul gets tired. InnerShift360 helps people and organizations get clear again.

11. Inbox + DM Rules

  • Do not freestyle sensitive replies in J.R.’s voice without approval.
  • Draft replies first and mark them as “Needs Approval.”
  • Flag hot leads immediately.
  • Do not argue with commenters.
  • Do not over-explain the offer in a DM. Move them to the assessment or a call.
Hot lead signs: asks about pricing, says they need help, mentions missed leads, asks for a call, owns a business, or responds with “tell me more.”

12. Weekly Scoreboard

Every Friday, send J.R. a simple report using this format:

LinkedIn / Facebook comments made50

13. Do / Don’t

Do

  • Sound human, helpful, and sharp.
  • Track every prospect and response.
  • Use approved links and brand language.
  • Prioritize ISBS prospecting first.
  • Bring hot leads to J.R. quickly.

Don’t

  • Do not spam DMs.
  • Do not post random Canva content without strategy.
  • Do not change brand names or URLs.
  • Do not argue online.
  • Do not measure success by likes only.

14. Message to Periscal

Periscal, your job this week is to help turn InnerShift360 and ISBS into visible, credible, conversation-starting brands. Focus less on just posting and more on creating engagement that leads people to the Lead Leak Assessment, Dating ID Quiz, or a booked call. Each day, I need you to: 1. Find and track 20 local business prospects. 2. Engage with 10 LinkedIn or Facebook posts from business owners. 3. Send or prepare 5 thoughtful connection messages. 4. Post or schedule approved content. 5. Track all comments, responses, and possible leads. The goal is not likes. The goal is conversations.

15. Final Standard

By the end of each week, J.R. should know exactly who was found, who was engaged, who responded, what was posted, and which conversations could become money.
