Just Sayin’ Production SOP

Obama Public Honor Campaign: Long-Form to Shorts System

This SOP tells Chiara how to edit the long-form Just Sayin’ message and turn it into shorts, quote cards, carousels, and story assets. It tells Periscal exactly how to post across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Facebook without waiting on a separate posting approval step.

BBT Voice Jesus Echoes Talking Heads Carousels Quote Cards YouTube Shorts IG Reels TikTok

Campaign Objective

Use the Obama public honor moment as a Just Sayin’ relationship lesson about mature love, mutual covering, public praise, spiritual wisdom, and the difference between sharpening a partner and shaming a partner.

Core campaign line:
Love is not just chemistry. It is coverage.

Every piece should feel like Big Brother Tone: wise, direct, culturally aware, spiritually grounded where appropriate, funny without being corny, and sharp without sounding bitter.

Chiara’s Role

Edit + Package the Content

  1. Edit the full long-form video for YouTube.
  2. Cut short-form talking-head clips from the strongest soundbites.
  3. Create quote cards and carousel slides from the bite list below.
  4. Create captions and platform notes for each short.
  5. Place finished assets in the Ready-to-Post folder.
  6. Notify Periscal when each batch is ready.
Chiara’s standard: Every asset must have a clear hook, one main point, readable captions or text, and a closing line that feels like Just Sayin’.

Periscal’s Role

Post + Distribute + Track

  1. Post from the Ready-to-Post folder according to the schedule below.
  2. Adapt each caption to the platform instead of copying blindly.
  3. Post across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Facebook as assigned.
  4. Engage with comments during the first 30 minutes after posting.
  5. Track views, likes, comments, shares, saves, and best comments.
  6. Flag top-performing hooks for future videos.
Posting rule: Once Chiara places an asset in the Ready-to-Post folder, Periscal posts it according to schedule. Do not wait for another review cycle. Only pause if a file is broken, a link is missing, or a scripture/reference appears inaccurate.

Everybody keeps talking about the Obama moment because it was not just political. It was relational. ``` It was not just a former First Lady praising a former President. It was a wife publicly covering her husband’s name. And then it was a husband publicly honoring the woman who helped shape him. That is the part a lot of people are missing. Michelle did not get on that stage and use the microphone to embarrass Barack. She did not turn the moment into a comedy routine about his flaws. She did not compete with him, shrink him, or remind the world how much she sacrificed to stand beside him. She honored him. She named his burden. She named his steadiness. She named his character. She named the pressure he carried without letting it poison him. That is not weakness. That is wisdom. That is covenant language. And then Barack got up and gave it right back. He did not act too cool to be moved. He did not make her praise seem small. He did not let ego block gratitude. He basically said, “She got me.” Then he said the grown-man line: she has always made me better. That is the soundbite right there. A real man can say, “My woman made me better,” and not feel smaller. Because immature men want a woman who makes them feel big but never challenges them to grow. A mature man understands that the right woman is not just there to admire him. Sometimes she is there to refine him. Just Sayin’.

Short-Form Bites — Instagram / Threads / TikTok Captions / Facebook Reels

These are the primary campaign bites. Chiara should turn them into clips, quote cards, carousels, or caption posts. Periscal should post them in the sequence listed below.

Bite 1 Hook Instagram Threads Facebook
“She did not get on that stage and embarrass Barack. She did not turn the moment into a comedy routine about his flaws.

She honored him.

That is not weakness. That is wisdom. That is covenant language.”

Use as: Talking-head clip, Threads post, IG caption, or Reel opener. Open with no preamble. End with #JustSayin.

Bite 2 Punchline Instagram TikTok caption Threads
“A real man can say, ‘My woman made me better,’ and not feel smaller.

Because immature men want a woman who makes them feel big but never challenges them to grow.

A mature man understands that the right woman is not just there to admire him. Sometimes she is there to refine him.”

Use as: Strong men’s audience clip. Schedule mid-week in week 2 with Dating ID Quiz link.

Bite 3 Scripture Instagram Facebook Church-adjacent
“Some men want Proverbs 31 women but do not have Proverbs 31 recognition.

They want the loyalty. They want the softness. They want the support.

But when it is time to publicly honor the woman who helped build the house, they get quiet.

No, sir.”

Use as: Jesus echo clip, Sunday/Monday post, carousel slide, or Facebook discussion post.

Bite 4 Culture Check TikTok caption Threads Instagram
“Every podcast clip is not wisdom. Every viral relationship argument is not truth. Every ‘drag him, sis’ moment is not empowerment. Every ‘put her in her place’ take is not masculinity.

Some of it is just emotional immaturity with good lighting.”

Use as: Highest viral potential. Pair with talking-head clip if available. Use on TikTok + Reels.

Bite 5 Punchline Instagram graphic Threads Quote card
“A critic studies your flaws. A partner remembers your assignment.

A critic keeps receipts. A partner keeps perspective.

A critic exposes your wounds. A partner covers your dignity while helping you heal.”

Use as: Quote card graphic, carousel slide, and Ralph/Chiara design asset.

Bite 6 Covenant Instagram Facebook
“Love is not just private affection. Love is public honor.

Romans says, ‘Outdo one another in showing honor.’

Not outdo one another in proving a point. Not in who suffered more. Not in who was right last time.

Outdo one another in honor.”

Use as: Jesus echo short, Facebook post, church-adjacent Reel, or carousel slide.

Bite 7 The Flex Instagram TikTok caption Threads
“Not matching outfits. Not vacation pictures. Not anniversary captions. Not looking happy online while bleeding at home.

The real flex is mutual admiration after familiarity.

Because after years together, you know too much. If you can still honor someone after you know them — that is not naive. That is grace.”

Use as: High relatability clip. Strong for couples and marriage audience.

Bite 8 Close All platforms
“Love is not just how they touch you in private. It is how they speak about you in public.

Love is not just chemistry. It is coverage.

Love is not just attraction. It is admiration.

Love is not just staying. It is still seeing.

Just Sayin’.”

Use as: Series closer. Pin this one. Strong final post in sequence.

Bite 9 Power TikTok caption Instagram Men’s audience
“Power is not embarrassing your partner because you can. Power is covering them because you choose to.

Power is not having the best clapback. Power is having the discipline to protect what is sacred.

Power is not proving you do not need anybody. Power is being secure enough to admit, ‘This person helped me become better.’”

Use as: Talking-head clip, men’s relationship wisdom, TikTok + Reels.

Bite 10 The Closer Closer Instagram Facebook Sunday morning
“If you cannot publicly honor the person you privately benefit from, you may not need a relationship.

You may need repentance.

Because the person beside you is not content. They are not your competition. They are not your emotional punching bag. They are not your stage prop.

They are someone made in the image of God.

So cover them.”

Use as: Sunday morning drop for church-adjacent audience. Strong spiritual conviction post.

Chiara: Editing Instructions

  1. Start with the long-form message. Pull the strongest teaching moments, emotional turns, and punchlines.
  2. Cut for pace. Remove dead space, repeated words, and soft openings.
  3. Use the strongest hook first. The clip should not need an introduction.
  4. Add captions. Captions must be large, clean, and readable on mobile.
  5. Use branded visual style. Just Sayin’ colors: burgundy, cream, gold, white, and clean dark text.
  6. Keep the BBT voice. Do not soften the wisdom into generic influencer talk.
  7. Make scripture visible. For Jesus echo clips, put the scripture reference on screen.
  8. Create thumbnail/cover text. Use no more than 5–8 words.
  9. Export vertical clips. 9:16, 1080x1920, MP4.
  10. Move finished files to Ready-to-Post. Include matching caption text.

Periscal: Posting Instructions

  1. Use the posting schedule. Follow the Day 1–Day 7 sequence.
  2. Adjust per platform. YouTube gets searchable titles. TikTok gets short captions. IG gets stronger first-line caption. Threads gets conversational wording.
  3. Post quickly once assets are ready. Do not let ready content sit in the folder.
  4. Engage for 30 minutes. Reply to comments, like good responses, and pin the strongest comment.
  5. Save links. Add every post link to the tracker.
  6. Track performance after 24 hours. Record views, likes, comments, saves, shares, and best comment.
  7. Flag winners. If a hook performs well, mark it for remixing.
