Primary Mission

Chiara’s job is to help create visibility, credibility, interviews, reviews, traffic, and leads for Dr. J.R. Andrews, InnerShift 360, Just Sayin’, ISBS, and South Elm Capital.

The mission is simple: get the books reviewed, get Dr. Andrews booked, keep the brands visible, prepare LinkedIn work, and track everything.

Weekly Priority Split

  • 30% Book reviewer outreach
  • 30% Podcast research and pitching
  • 20% IG and TikTok posting
  • 20% LinkedIn search and message preparation

Important: Chiara does not have access to Dr. Andrews’ LinkedIn. She researches prospects and prepares messages. Dr. Andrews sends them himself.

1. Book Reviewer Outreach

Daily target: Find and contact 10 reviewers per day / 50 per week.

Track These Details

Date, reviewer/platform, contact name, email, website, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, book fit, submission rules, status, follow-up date, and notes.
