Periscal Weekly ISBS Facebook Plan

Company Page Posting + Local Business Prospecting

This week, Facebook should be used to create conversations with local business owners, not just to “post content.” The goal is to find businesses with lead leaks, engage with them, invite them to the Lead Leak Assessment, and help turn attention into booked conversations.

Weekly Post Content + Lead Leak Assessment Link

Primary Objective

Use the ISBS Facebook company page to build local visibility, identify business owners with weak follow-up systems, and start conversations around the Lead Leak Assessment.

This is not just social media. This is prospecting with content attached.

How to Search Facebook for Business Prospects

Step 1: Use Facebook Search Bar

In the Facebook search bar, search these phrases one at a time:

  • Charlotte small business owner
  • Huntersville small business
  • Charlotte med spa
  • Charlotte barber shop
  • Charlotte salon owner
  • Charlotte real estate agent
  • Charlotte contractor
  • Charlotte cleaning company
  • Charlotte tax preparer
  • Charlotte bookkeeper
  • Charlotte gym owner
  • Charlotte personal trainer
  • Charlotte nonprofit founder
  • Charlotte catering business
  • Charlotte event planner

Step 2: Filter by Pages

After searching, click the Pages filter. Look for active business pages with recent posts, services listed, customer comments, or booking/contact information.

Step 3: Filter by Groups

Search for local groups where business owners are active. Join or monitor groups such as:

  • Charlotte Business Owners
  • Charlotte Entrepreneurs
  • Huntersville Business Owners
  • Lake Norman Business Networking
  • Charlotte Small Business Network
  • North Carolina Entrepreneurs
  • Charlotte Real Estate Professionals
  • Charlotte Women in Business
  • Charlotte Black Business Owners

Step 4: Search Facebook Posts

Search these phrases under the Posts tab:

  • “Now booking Charlotte”
  • “Accepting new clients Charlotte”
  • “Book now Charlotte”
  • “Free consultation Charlotte”
  • “DM to book Charlotte”
  • “Grand opening Charlotte”
  • “New business Charlotte”
  • “Looking for clients Charlotte”

These phrases help find businesses already trying to get customers — which means they may need better follow-up, booking, automation, and lead capture.

What Periscal Should Look For

  • Business is posting but has no clear call-to-action.
  • Comments are unanswered.
  • Page has no booking link.
  • Website link is missing or broken.
  • Business says “DM to book” but response process looks weak.
  • There is no form, calendar, or follow-up path.
  • The business appears active but does not have a clear lead capture system.
  • They are running ads or boosted posts but the landing path looks unclear.

Daily Facebook Actions

  1. Find 10 local business prospects.
  2. Review their Facebook page, website, and visible booking process.
  3. Write down 1–2 possible lead leaks.
  4. Comment thoughtfully on 5 business posts from the company page.
  5. Invite 10 relevant people to follow the ISBS page.
  6. Send or prepare 5–10 outreach messages.
  7. Track every business in the prospecting sheet.

Weekly Facebook Company Page Posts

Monday — Problem Post

Most small businesses do not have a lead problem. They have a leak problem. The phone rings, the form comes in, the DM lands… and then nobody follows up fast enough. That is not marketing. That is money evaporating.

CTA: Comment LEAK if you want the Lead Leak Assessment.

Tuesday — Story Post

A business owner can spend $500 on ads, get 20 clicks, 5 inquiries, and still make $0. Not because the ad failed. Because the system after the click failed.

CTA: Comment CHECK if you want us to look at your lead flow.

Wednesday — Education Post

5 places small businesses leak money online: no clear CTA, slow follow-up, no booking link, forms that go nowhere, and social posts with no next step.

CTA: Fix the leaks before buying more traffic. Take the Lead Leak Assessment.

Thursday — Big Brother Talk Post

AI is powerful. But AI on top of a broken process is just a faster mess. If you do not know what happens after someone clicks, calls, comments, or completes a form, you do not need more tools first. You need a system.

Friday — Direct Offer Post

This week we are offering quick Lead Leak Snapshots for small business owners. We will look at your website, social page, contact flow, and follow-up path and identify 3 places leads may be slipping away.

CTA: Message us LEAK to request one.

Outreach Message

Hey [Name], I came across your business page and noticed you are already creating visibility online. One thing we help business owners look at is whether that visibility is turning into captured leads, booked calls, or missed opportunities.

I work with Dr. J.R. Andrews at InnerShift Business Systems. We help small businesses find where leads may be slipping through the cracks — website, forms, DMs, follow-up, booking, and automation.

Would you be open to a quick 3-point Lead Leak Snapshot?

Important Rule

Do not just post and leave. Every post should create a next step. Every search should create a prospect. Every prospect should be tracked. Every warm response should move toward the Lead Leak Assessment or a booked conversation.

Big Brother version: Facebook is the neighborhood. Do not just put a flyer on the pole. Knock on the right doors.

Weekly Addendum

ISBS Weekly Facebook Post Content Library

Periscal should use this Google Doc each week to pull the approved Facebook company page posts, captions, CTAs, and weekly content direction. This keeps the work organized, repeatable, and easy to update without rebuilding the whole SOP.

How Periscal Should Use It

  • Open the document every Monday before posting.
  • Copy the approved post for the correct day.
  • Post it on the ISBS Facebook company page.
  • Customize lightly only if the weekly instruction says to do so.
  • After posting, comment from the page, invite followers, and track engagement.

Posting rule: do not just publish and leave. Every post should create a next step — comment, DM, assessment, snapshot, or booked conversation.

Weekly Addendum

ISBS LinkedIn Prospecting System

Periscal’s job is not “posting on LinkedIn.” Her job is to help create qualified business conversations that lead to the Lead Leak Assessment and audit calls.

This Week’s Objective

Build a LinkedIn prospecting engine for InnerShift Business Systems by identifying business owners, engaging with them, drafting connection messages, preparing follow-ups, and moving warm prospects toward the Lead Leak Assessment.

Weekly Targets

  • 125 business owner prospects found
  • 50–75 connection targets prepared
  • 100 thoughtful engagements/comments
  • 15–25 conversations started or queued
  • 10 Lead Leak Assessment offers
  • 2–3 audit call opportunities

Main Rule

Periscal should not use James’ personal LinkedIn login. She can manage the company page, build the list, draft messages, draft posts, and flag warm prospects. James sends personal profile messages and replies to serious prospects.

Who Does What?

Periscal Owns

  • Finding 25 prospects per day
  • Tracking prospects in the LinkedIn tracker
  • Studying each prospect’s profile and business
  • Drafting personalized connection requests
  • Commenting from her profile or the company page
  • Drafting post ideas for James
  • Drafting DM follow-ups
  • Flagging warm leads for James
  • Preparing Friday report

James Owns

  • Posting from his personal LinkedIn profile
  • Sending connection requests from his profile
  • Responding to warm replies personally
  • Sending the Lead Leak Assessment link
  • Inviting qualified prospects to audit calls
  • Recording short personal videos when needed
  • Making the final sales conversation

Daily LinkedIn Workflow for Periscal

Step 1: Find 25 Prospects Daily

Search LinkedIn for local and regional business owners who likely need better follow-up, automation, intake, CRM, scheduling, or lead management.

Target industries:
  • Insurance agencies
  • Mortgage brokers
  • Real estate brokers
  • Law firms
  • HVAC companies
  • Roofing companies
  • Home service companies
  • Med spas
  • Coaches and consultants
  • Financial advisors
  • Local service businesses
Search titles:

Owner, Founder, President, CEO, Managing Partner, Principal Broker, Agency Owner, Operator, Director of Operations.

Step 2: Track Every Prospect

Use a Google Sheet with these columns:

DateNameCompanyIndustryLinkedIn URLWebsitePain PointStatus
6/2Example NameExample BusinessHVACProfile LinkWebsite LinkSlow follow-upReady for James

Step 3: Engage Before Pitching

Periscal should comment from her profile or the company page. The goal is to become visible before James connects.

Good comments:

Most businesses don’t need more leads first. They need to stop wasting the leads they already paid for.
Growth exposes weak systems before it rewards good marketing.
AI only helps when the process underneath it is clean. Otherwise, it just helps you lose money faster.

Step 4: Draft Connection Requests for James

Periscal should prepare these. James sends them from his personal profile.

Hi [Name], I saw your work with [business/company]. I’m connecting with local business owners who care about better systems, stronger follow-up, and cleaner growth. Glad to connect.

Step 5: First Message After Acceptance

James sends this after they accept.

Thanks for connecting. Quick question — where do you think most small businesses leak the most money: missed calls, slow follow-up, weak systems, or unclear offers?

Step 6: Offer the Lead Leak Assessment

Only send this after the prospect responds.

That’s exactly why we built the Lead Leak Assessment. It helps business owners see where money is slipping through the cracks before they spend more on ads, automation, or AI. Want me to send it over?

Step 7: Invite to Audit Call

James sends this when the person shows interest or completes the assessment.

Based on your answers, it may be worth doing a quick Lead Leak Audit. No pressure — just a 15–20 minute look at where the system may be costing you money.

Weekly Content Assignment

Periscal drafts five LinkedIn posts per week. James edits and posts from his personal profile.

Post 1

Lead Leak Story
A business owner thinks they need more leads, but the real problem is poor follow-up.

Post 2

AI Won’t Save Bad Systems
AI on top of a broken process is just a faster mess.

Post 3

The Missed Call Problem
The money may not be in the ad campaign. It may be in the call nobody returned.

Post 4

The CRM Graveyard
Most CRMs are not systems. They are digital cemeteries for forgotten leads.

Post 5

Business Owner Question
Ask owners where they think money leaks most: calls, follow-up, systems, or offers.

Friday Report Format

Every Friday, Periscal sends James this report:

  • Total prospects found
  • Total comments made
  • Total connection requests prepared
  • Total conversations started
  • Total assessment offers made
  • Total audit call opportunities
  • Best-performing comment or post idea
  • Top 10 warm prospects James should personally follow up with

Bottom Line

Periscal creates the runway. James lands the plane. She finds, studies, drafts, tracks, and warms up the room. James posts, connects, responds, and closes.
