Internal SOP • GoHighLevel + WordPress

Lead Leak Assessment Form Creation + Backend Connection SOP

This SOP walks a VA or builder through every step: creating the GHL fields, creating the Lead Leak Assessment Form, setting up scoring, connecting the backend workflow, displaying the score, emailing the client, tagging the contact, creating the opportunity, and routing the lead into the Enhanced Evaluation and Audit path.

Recommended setup: Use the WordPress quiz as the public-facing scored experience and GHL as the backend. Also create the GHL form named Lead Leak Assessment Form as a backup/manual capture form and workflow testing form.

Public Experience

User takes assessment, sees score/result, receives result by email/SMS, and is invited to the $37 Enhanced Evaluation.

GHL Backend

GHL stores contact info, score, result, tags, pipeline stage, answer summary, and follow-up automations.

Conversion Path

Free score → $37 Enhanced Evaluation → $97 beta audit or $297 audit → proposal → implementation client.

1. Build Decision: GHL Form vs. WordPress Quiz
Read First
OptionUse CaseRecommendation
WordPress Quiz + GHL WebhookBest for score display, branded experience, result page redirect, and cleaner user journey.Use this as the primary public assessment.
GHL Assessment FormBest for backup capture, manual VA entry, testing workflows, or simple form-only use.Create it anyway.
  • Use WordPress/Elementor for the main public assessment page.
  • Use GHL inbound webhook to receive score/result data from WordPress.
  • Create the GHL form named Lead Leak Assessment Form as a backup and testing form.
  • Do not rely on GHL form scoring unless you confirm GHL can calculate and store the score properly.
2. Create GHL Custom Fields
Manual in GHL

Go to: GHL → Settings → Custom Fields → Add Field

6. Score Display Instructions
Public User Experience
  • After the assessment is submitted, the user should immediately see their score.
  • The score should show as: Your Lead Leak Score: __ / 27.
  • The result title should display immediately under the score.
  • The explanation should briefly explain what the score means.
  • The page should then either show a button to view the full result page or auto-redirect to the result page.
  • Recommended: display score for 3–4 seconds, then redirect to the proper result page.
  • Result page should include CTA to $37 Enhanced Evaluation.
  • Result page should include secondary CTA to Lead Leak Audit.
Best practice: The score display happens on WordPress. GHL stores the result and sends follow-up. Do not force GHL to handle the visual score experience.
