Client Onboarding • InnerShift360 Business Systems

Welcome. Let’s build the system that protects your opportunity.

You have taken the next step toward a more consistent, trackable, human-centered business system. This onboarding page explains what happens next, what we need from you, how we communicate, and how we move from strategy into implementation.

Core promise: We are not here to make your business less human. We are here to automate the repetitive pieces, strengthen the follow-up, protect your opportunities, and free you for the conversations that actually build trust.

What Happens First

You complete the onboarding form, provide access and brand details, and confirm the kickoff call so we can finalize your implementation path.

What We Build

Depending on your package, we may build forms, funnels, CRM pipelines, workflows, calendars, nurture campaigns, reporting dashboards, and SOPs.

What Stays Human

Strategy, final recommendations, sensitive conversations, high-trust sales, and relationship management remain human-led.

Your onboarding path

Follow these steps in order. The faster we receive accurate information, the faster we can build, test, and launch your system.

1. What Happens Next
  • Complete the client onboarding form below.
  • Provide any required access, assets, and brand information.
  • Confirm your kickoff call.

  • We create your implementation map based on the package purchased.
  • We build the agreed-upon system.
  • We test the system internally.
  • You review and approve the system before launch.
  • We train you or your team on how to use it.
Important: Please do not send passwords by text or unprotected email. Use secure sharing wherever possible, or create user access/invites inside your platforms.

5. Communication Expectations

Primary Communication

Email will usually be the main communication channel for project updates, approvals, deliverables, and next steps.

Fast Questions

SMS may be used for short reminders, quick confirmations, or urgent scheduling issues.

Strategic Decisions

Major decisions, pricing, launch approval, and strategy changes should be confirmed in writing.

  • Please respond to requests for access or approval within 1–2 business days when possible.
  • Please consolidate feedback instead of sending scattered changes across multiple channels.
  • Please identify one primary decision-maker for approvals.
  • Please notify us immediately if compliance, legal, brand, or industry restrictions apply.
6. What We Automate vs. What Stays Human

We Usually Automate

  • lead capture
  • first-response email/SMS
  • appointment reminders
  • missed-call responses
  • basic nurture sequences
  • review requests
  • referral prompts
  • pipeline movement
  • internal task reminders

We Usually Keep Human

  • sales calls
  • trust-building conversations
  • sensitive client issues
  • final recommendations
  • pricing decisions
  • complex objections
  • relationship repair
  • strategic partnerships
Good automation should not make your business colder. It should create enough consistency that your best human moments are not crowded out by repetitive tasks.
