Outreach SOP & Scoreboard

This board keeps Chiara focused on the work that moves money: ISBS outreach, podcast bookings, partner conversations, follow-up, and clean reporting.

Operating Rule: No new research until existing leads have been touched, tracked, and followed up.
Main Priority
25

ISBS messages per day

Start with the strongest-fit leads and use a specific leak angle in every message.

Second Priority
10–15

Podcast pitches per day

Goal is booked interviews for Just Sayin’, not just names on a list.

Third Priority
15

Partner messages per week

Focus on coaches, churches, therapists, podcasters, book clubs, and community groups.

Work Sequence

1
ISBS Lead Outreach
Message the best leads first. Every message needs a business-specific angle: website leak, missed follow-up, unclear CTA, no booking path, weak automation, or conversion issue.
2
Podcast Outreach for Just Sayin’
Pitch Dr. Andrews for interviews around dating after divorce, emotional maturity, Christian dating without corniness, Black love, and relationship clarity after 40.
3
Partner Outreach
Reach out to aligned partners who serve people navigating relationships, divorce, dating, personal growth, or community leadership.
4
Follow-Up & Reporting
Every contact needs a status, reply note, follow-up date, and next action. Loose activity does not count.

Base Message

Hi [Name], I came across [Business Name] and noticed you already seem to be getting attention online. Dr. Andrews works with businesses that have leads coming in but may be losing money between inquiry, follow-up, and booked appointments. He created a quick Lead Leak Assessment to help identify where leads may be slipping through the cracks. Would you be open to taking a look?

Podcast Outreach SOP

  1. Use the existing podcast list.
  2. Prioritize shows about dating, relationships, Christian singles, Black culture, divorce, midlife dating, and personal growth.
  3. Pitch Dr. Andrews as a funny, direct, thoughtful guest.
  4. Track date sent, topic angle, follow-up date, reply, and booked status.
  5. Follow up within 3–5 business days if no reply.

Base Pitch

Hi [Host Name], I wanted to reach out about a possible guest for [Podcast Name]. Dr. J.R. Andrews is the author of Just Sayin’, a relationship book for grown folks who are tired of vague dating advice, recycled red flags, and spiritual-sounding confusion. He can speak on dating after divorce, emotional maturity, Christian dating without corniness, the Worthy Man Principle, and why people keep choosing the same person in a different body. I think he could bring a funny, direct, thoughtful conversation to your audience. Would you be open to considering him as a guest?

Partner Outreach SOP

  1. Send 15 partner messages per week.
  2. Prioritize therapists, coaches, churches, women’s groups, men’s groups, book clubs, podcasters, and community groups.
  3. Offer simple collaborations: interview, workshop, resource share, or audience referral.
  4. Track message status and next action.

Base Partner Message

Hi [Name], I’m reaching out because Dr. J.R. Andrews has a relationship platform called Just Sayin’ that helps adults think more clearly about dating, discernment, emotional maturity, and relationship patterns. We’re looking for aligned partners — coaches, churches, groups, podcasts, and community leaders — who serve people navigating relationships, divorce, dating, or personal growth. Would it make sense to explore a simple collaboration, interview, workshop, or resource share?
