PHASE 1

Foundation: Get the File Live and Usable

Goal: make the current HTML app easy to access every day.

  • Create an “Andrews OS” folder on your computer.
Put the current HTML file, this checklist, screenshots, logos, and future versions in one place.
  • Rename the main app file.
Use: andrews-operating-system.html. Keep names simple so they work cleanly on your server.
  • Open the app in Chrome and test it on desktop.
Add one test item in Today’s Mission, Top 3, ISBS, Real Estate, and Delegation.
  • Test on mobile.
Send the file to yourself or upload it, then open it on your phone. Make sure cards stack cleanly.
  • Confirm localStorage works.
Add tasks, close the browser, reopen the app, and verify the tasks are still there.

First Rule

Do not overbuild first.
Make it usable before making it perfect. The first win is opening it every morning and trusting it.
PHASE 2

Daily Dashboard Cleanup

Goal: every card must create, read, update, complete, and delete items.

  • Standardize every section into the same item format.
Recommended fields: title, notes, priority, due date, project, owner, status, created date, completed date.
  • Add Today’s Mission field.
This should be one sentence: “Today I win by…”
  • Make Top 3 Priorities visually dominant.
This is the boss of the day. Nothing should compete with it.
  • Add quick-add buttons.
Examples: Add ISBS Task, Add Real Estate Task, Add Delegated Task, Add Waiting On.
  • Add filters.
Filters needed: Active, Completed, Waiting, Delegated, Due Today, Revenue, Personal.
  • Add Daily Reset logic.
Completed items stay in history; incomplete items roll forward to tomorrow.
PHASE 3

Data Model

Goal: structure localStorage now so Supabase can plug in later.

Tables needed: 1. daily_tasks 2. projects 3. isbs_activity 4. content_pipeline 5. delegation 6. family_health Universal item fields: - id - table - title - notes - category - project_id - priority - owner - due_date - status - completed - created_at - updated_at - completed_at
  • Use one storage key per table.
    Example: aos_daily_tasks, aos_projects, aos_delegation.
  • Create project categories.
ISBS, Just Sayin’, South Elm, Real Estate, Army/UMT, Ministry, Family, Health, Admin.
  • Create task statuses.
    Active, Waiting, Delegated, Blocked, Completed.
ISBS ENGINE

Specific Metrics to Track Daily

  • Leads today
Raw number of new prospects or contacts.
  • Lead Leak Assessments completed
    People who finished the assessment.
  • Audits offered
Number of direct offers made for the $297 audit.
  • Audits sold
    Paid audit conversions.
  • Revenue
    Cash collected, not theoretical pipeline.
  • LinkedIn DMs and follow-ups
Track new outreach separately from follow-up touches.
  • GHL automation work
Capture what was changed, tested, and what still needs debugging.
  • Ralph / Chiara assignments
Each delegated item needs owner, due date, deliverable, and status.
PHASE 4

Prepare for Supabase

Goal: keep the app local now but make the database switch clean later.

  • Create a data adapter file section in the HTML.
Use functions like saveItem(), getItems(), updateItem(), deleteItem(). Right now they point to localStorage.
  • Keep all database logic separate from the UI.
Do not bury localStorage calls inside every button. This makes Supabase easier later.
  • Create Supabase project later.
Name it Andrews Operating System. Tables should match the six tables above.
  • Add authentication later.
Start private. Eventually use email login so your data syncs across devices.
  • Add export/import now.
Before Supabase, add buttons to export JSON backup and import JSON restore.
PHASE 5

Deployment

Goal: put the OS somewhere you can open every day.

  • Upload to your server.
Recommended URL: innershift360.com/andrews-os or a private unlinked page.
  • Password protect it.
Use hosting password protection, WordPress page protection, or a simple login screen.
  • Add shortcut to phone home screen.
This makes it feel like an app, not a document.
  • Bookmark it as first browser tab.
This should be the first thing you see in the morning.
PHASE 6

Daily Use Ritual

Goal: make the app the way you run the day.

  • Morning: write Today’s Mission.
One sentence. No sermon. No speech. Just the win.
  • Morning: choose Top 3.
One revenue task, one operational task, one personal/family/health task.
  • Midday: update Waiting On and Delegation.
This prevents Ralph, Chiara, contractors, lenders, or GHL work from disappearing into the fog.
  • Evening: mark Completed Today.
This creates momentum and a real operating history.
  • End of day: copy Daily CEO Brief into ChatGPT.
Ask: “Reprioritize tomorrow and identify what is falling behind.”

Build Brief Prompt

Copy this into ChatGPT whenever you want the next development sprint.

I am building the Andrews Operating System, a one-page responsive web app used as my daily command center. It manages ISBS, Just Sayin’, South Elm Capital, real estate, Army/UMT, ministry, family, health, waiting-on items, completed items, and delegated work. Keep the design light cream with navy text, burgundy and gold accents, clean cards, mobile responsive, and no dark headers. Current goal: improve the app in the next practical build sprint. Priorities: 1. Make every section support create, read, update, delete, and mark complete. 2. Standardize data fields across daily_tasks, projects, isbs_activity, content_pipeline, delegation, and family_health. 3. Keep localStorage working now, but structure the code with a data adapter so Supabase can replace localStorage later. 4. Add export/import JSON backup. 5. Improve the Daily CEO Brief generator so it compiles active tasks, waiting-on items, delegated work, ISBS metrics, revenue activity, and completed items. 6. Keep the UI simple enough for daily use. Tell me exactly what code to add or change next.
